Public Debate (Please Note Changes)

Hello Everyone,

Clear your schedules because here is the information for the First Public Debate:

Resolution: Should the University discontinue its policy banning carry of firearms by licensed students, staff, and faculty?

When: Tuesday, October 17th
Where: Pillsbury Hall Room 110
What Time: The debate starts at 7pm, but show up early for good seats (debaters always sit together!).
Should I Attend?: YES, YOU SHOULD!
Featured Speakers:

Andrew Rothman (Executive Director, Minnesota Association of Defensive Firearm Instructors).

Heather Martens (President, Citizens For A Safer Minnesota).

It is really important to attend the public debate and show the University our strong debate spirit. So tell all of your friends, professors, classmates, roommates, etc. to show up as well.
